At Reverse and Change nothing makes us happier than seeing all the excited children ready to meet Father Christmas, making memories with family is what Christmas is all about.
We have been working very hard behind the scenes to keep the magic alive and make your visit to our Grotto extra special.
Meet Father Christmas and his elves with your family, in his Grotto and receive an extra special gift to take home and treasure. Not forgetting the all-important photo with Father Christmas and his cheeky elves! Join Mother Christmas in her sewing room to make your very own tree decoration.
Father Christmas, Mother Christmas and their happy Elves cannot wait to meet you!
During your purchase you will need the following information:
– Your contact details including email address and phone number
– The number of adults in your party
You will also need the following details for each child in your party:
– Name
– Age
– Gender
– Favourite Toy
(All of our toys, books and toys are lovingly hand picked by our happy elves promoting reuse and recycling.)

Our Christmas Grotto Tickets will be available to book at 10am on Tuesday 1st September 2022.
Tickets are available to purchase on our website and must be booked via our online booking platform: www.reverseandchange.co.uk and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
